We are structural engineers. Our area of specialization includes design of steel, concrete, masonry, wood and light gauge steel buildings. We have about 19 years of experience in design and drafting of buildings. We are licensed in 20-states (GA,AL,FL,NC,SC, Tx, NY, NJ..etc.)\r\n\r\n1. We design structural beams, columns, slabs, retain walls, roof diaphragms, roof trusses, member connections and foundations. We analyze and design steel brace frames and moment frames. We design reinforcement to the existing members to resist additional loads. We work on rehabilitation, and remodeling jobs and redo floors for new designs.\r\n\r\n2. We generate light gauge steel shop drawings, based on Architectural and Structural drawings. \r\n\r\n3. We perform structural site inspections for on going jobs and existing building conditions.\r\n\r\n4. We design Precast Concrete Panels and steel stair members for shop drawings\r\n\r\n5. We review and seal structural drawings, truss designs and floor joists
